01
Let's Get to Know Each Other
It starts with a conversation.
After submitting an inquiry, we'll learn more about your date, venue, priorities, overall budget, design ideas, and the kind of support you're looking for.
From there, we'll recommend the Lily in June services that best fit your celebration and create a personalized proposal for you to review.
02
Your Proposal & Investment
We believe you should understand what you're investing in and why.
Your proposal outlines the services, floral designs, rentals, production, and other elements we've discussed, with options when appropriate to help you prioritize where your budget will make the greatest impact.
Once you're ready to move forward, your signed agreement and retainer officially reserve your date.
03
Welcome to Lily in June
Once you're booked, we'll get everything organized.
Depending on your services, you'll receive access to your personalized client portal, planning resources, questionnaires, meeting schedule, and other tools you'll use throughout the process.
You'll also meet the members of our team who will be working alongside you.
From this point forward, you don't have to wonder what happens next. We'll guide you there.
04
Planning With Purpose
For planning and management clients, we work through the decisions that turn an idea into a well-produced event.
That may include budgeting, vendor recommendations, contracts, layouts, guest experience, transportation, accommodations, ceremony planning, timelines, logistics, and the hundreds of smaller decisions that connect everything together.
Our role varies based on the level of planning you've selected, but our approach remains the same: stay organized, communicate clearly, anticipate what is coming, and keep the bigger picture in view.
05
Developing Your Design
This is where your celebration begins to take shape.
We'll explore your inspiration, color palette, floral preferences, textures, linens, rentals, lighting, stationery, personal details, and the atmosphere you want to create.
Rather than recreating someone else's wedding, we use your inspiration as a starting point to develop a design that feels personal to you and appropriate for your venue, priorities, and investment.
For applicable design services, your ideas are brought together through a curated design presentation so you can see how the individual elements work as one complete story.
06
Design Meetings & Mockups
Design meetings are working sessions where we make decisions, refine details, and prepare your design for production.
When appropriate, meetings may take place at our Navasota studio, virtually, or at your venue.
Floral and tabletop mockups are available when needed but are not automatically part of every design meeting. Because mockups require flowers, vessels, mechanics, and materials to be sourced specifically for your finalized design, they are scheduled separately once those details have been determined.
Our goal isn't simply to show you something pretty. It's to make informed design decisions before production begins.
07
Bringing Everyone Together
As your celebration approaches, the focus shifts from planning to production.
For Wedding Production & Management clients, our team begins coordinating final details based on your selected 90-, 60-, or 30-day service.
We review vendor information, layouts, timelines, ceremony details, deliveries, setup requirements, transitions, personal décor, and the logistics necessary to bring everyone onto the same page.
This is where months of individual decisions become one coordinated event plan.
08
The Final Details
As we enter the final weeks, we confirm the details that matter most.
Depending on your services, this may include final guest counts, layouts, vendor confirmations, floral quantities, rental counts, ceremony flow, personal items, transportation, final payments, and your detailed event timeline.
You'll know where you need to be, your vendors will know what is expected, and our team will know what needs to happen behind the scenes.
09
Production Day
This is when the planning becomes real.
While you're getting ready and spending time with the people you love, our team is managing production.
Depending on your services, that may include vendor arrivals, floral installation, rental placement, ceremony setup, décor styling, timeline management, wedding party coordination, guest experience, room transitions, reception flow, and end-of-night logistics.
There are a lot of moving pieces on an event day.
You shouldn't have to manage them.
10
Be Present for It
This is what all the planning was for.
Walk into the room.
Look at the flowers.
Have the champagne.
Take the photograph.
Dance with your people.
Notice the little details you spent months choosing.
Our goal is for you to experience your celebration as a guest of honor rather than the person responsible for producing it.
We'll take care of what is happening behind the scenes so you can be present for what's happening right in front of you.

Communication
You Can Count On
Clear communication keeps everything moving. Organized tools, scheduled meetings, and defined expectations help you know what's happening, what's next, and who's handling what.
Designed Around You
Your traditions, personalities, priorities, and vision guide the process. We bring the experience and creative direction to turn what matters to you into a celebration that feels distinctly yours.
